Dishwasher Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role ensures a smooth and efficient flow of operations in the kitchen by keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized.

Dishwasher Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and operate the dishwasher in an efficient and timely manner.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to established guidelines.
- Sort and stack cleaned items properly for storage and restocking.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash bins.
- Ensure that kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained, following manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines.
- Assist with kitchen prep work, such as peeling, slicing, and portioning food items.
- Adhere to sanitation and safety standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely service.
Dishwasher Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot and humid environment.
