Truck loader Job Description:
As a Truck Loader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading goods onto trucks for delivery. Your primary goal will be to ensure accuracy in loading items, adherence to safety protocols, and timely completion of task.

Truck loader Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load/unload goods onto/from trucks according to specifications.
- Check products for accuracy, quality, and any damage before loading.
- Organize and arrange items in the truck to maximize space utilization and prevent damage during transit.
- Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move goods.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies while handling goods and operating equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the loading area and equipment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team and truck drivers to ensure smooth loading operations.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with using loading equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
This position involves physical activities such as lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
