An Aircraft Loader plays a crucial role in the aviation industry by ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo and baggage onto aircraft. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to guarantee the secure transportation of goods and luggage.
Aircraft Loader Job Responsibilities:
Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload cargo, baggage, and mail onto/off aircraft using appropriate equipment such as conveyor belts, forklifts, or hand carts.

Cargo Organization: Arrange and organize cargo and baggage within the aircraft according to weight, size, and destination, ensuring proper distribution and balance for flight safety.
Documentation and Verification: Check manifests, labels, and documentation to verify accuracy of cargo, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and accounted for.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used for loading and unloading, following operational procedures and safety guidelines.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety regulations and protocols during all loading and unloading procedures, including handling hazardous materials when required.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with ground crew, flight attendants, and other airline personnel to coordinate loading schedules and ensure timely departure of aircraft.
Problem-solving: Identify and address any issues related to cargo, baggage, or equipment malfunction to prevent delays or safety hazards.
Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of cargo and baggage areas, as well as conducting routine inspections of equipment for proper functioning.
