We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hotel and Shopping Mall Cleaners. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our hotel and shopping mall facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a clean and orderly environment for guests and shoppers.

Hotel and Shopping Mall Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in hotel rooms, common areas, corridors, and shopping mall spaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, maintaining cleanliness in designated areas.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to present a polished appearance.
• Uphold cleanliness standards by following established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any maintenance needs or shortages to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a proper and safe manner.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required for equipment or facilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any guest or shopper inquiries or concerns.

Hotel and Shopping Mall Cleaner Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to maintain high cleanliness standards.
