Delivery Agent Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver goods and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan delivery routes and ensure optimal use of time and resources.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
- Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and cross-check them with customer invoices.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, performing regular maintenance checks.
- Follow delivery schedules and prioritize urgent deliveries as per company guidelines.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Comply with all safety procedures and protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Keep abreast of company policies, product knowledge, and delivery regulations.

Delivery Agent Job Qualifications and Skills:
